Monday we drove to Siem Reap Cambodia, leaving the hotel at 6:30am including about an hour at the border and a lunch break arriving at 4:00pm at Prum Bayan Hotel. We chilled in the pool and had dinner in town, Siem Reap. My dinner consisted of 6 different local dishes, curry chicken definitely being my favorite. I wasn't a huge fan of the fish amok.
