Even the cable car is autumn themed with Japanese Maple

This is where on a clear day one can see Mount Fuji.
We encountered a few obstacles along the way, not
sure if those were from the recent typhoon or this
morning's winds.
a hint of fall
This frog jumped out from the woods and took both of us
by surprise, it was the size of a chipmonk!

It is considered a sacred mountain in Japan and
received three Michelin stars in 2007.
