London 9 Never a dull moment ...

Up at 4:30am Berlin time, took the 7:05 Easyjet flight to Gatwick, in the office by 10am. Saw a beautiful sunrise from the plane and airport. Had beet soup at Alara the little organic place finally and met with Cindy for coffee on Store Street in Bloomsbury.

One of my coworkers got engaged. Got a 3 year British library membership. Met with a pianist who is going to Japan for a second time to volunteer in Tohoku as we were speaking the lady sitting at the table was listening, turned out she had spent a year at today as a phycist. Friday night footloose and fancy free so I stopped by the national portrait gallery, briefly visited the impressionists at the national gallery, headed over to the v&a, total night at the museum, loved it, so much to see, absolutely fell in love with the Tiffany vases, the national library.
South Kensington is lovely, hope I can go there w m&p. Took the district line to embankment, walked across the bridge to Waterloo east, absolutely breathtaking.
